Touch Your Toes Yoga

I am a holistic trauma specialist weaving together the sacred practices of yoga, sound healing, and Reiki to guide others on a journey of profound self-discovery and healing. By attuning deeply to the wisdom of the body, I help individuals reconnect with their inner voice and honor the unique needs of their being. When we truly listen to ourselves, our practice transforms, becoming a sacred dance of depth and purpose.

Through the harmonious flow of breath and movement, the resonant vibrations of sound, and the healing power of the voice, we journey inward—unlocking and releasing stored trauma, tension, and years of accumulated energy. This process frees the body, mind, and spirit, creating space for renewal, vitality, and peace.

My purpose is to hold space for my students as they rediscover their inner light and embrace their uniqueness. I guide them to move with intention and self-love, celebrating their individuality and learning to honor their bodies as sacred vessels of life and transformation. Together, we create a practice that not only heals but inspires and uplifts the soul.
